Any surface. Formed, not quarried.
MCM flexible wall surfaces, 3D-moulded from non-metallic industrial tailings, construction waste, stone powder and natural coloured sand. Light, thin and flexible — Class A fire-rated, breathable yet water-resistant, and bonded without hollowing.
So the surface can be anything.
Four qualities behind every surface.
Light, thin, flexible
2–6 mm thick, 3–6 kg/m² — and it bends to a 0.3 m radius, so columns and curved walls stay in scope.
Class A fire-rated
Specifiable for interior and façade, and compliant with EU CE standards.
Breathable, never hollow
Vapour-permeable but water-resistant, and bonded externally without hollowing.
Made from reclaimed minerals
Industrial tailings and construction waste, recycled into surface — with zero-emission production.
Minerals, reclaimed.
Non-metallic industrial tailings, construction waste, stone powder and natural coloured sand — the raw input is material that would otherwise be discarded.
Dried, milled, modified.
Drying, ball-milling and grading, followed by modification — turning reclaimed mineral powder into a consistent, mouldable base material.
3D-moulded to form.
Shaped under a controlled temperature curve. Because the texture comes from the mould rather than a quarry, travertine, woven hemp, wood grain and mosaic are all equally possible.
Zero emission, recyclable.
Production runs without pollution or emissions, and the material itself can be recycled — a low-carbon surface with a genuinely circular input.
